Booking & payment

1. Booking is subject to availability and confirmation by AK Holiday Homes.
2. Advance payment, balance payment and cancellation terms will be communicated before confirmation.
3. Guests should provide accurate contact and identification details when requested.
4. Any special request is subject to availability and cannot be assumed as confirmed unless stated in writing.

Check-in & check-out

1. Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated for the selected property.
2. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
3. Guests must return keys, access cards and property items at check-out.

House rules

1. Guests are expected to respect neighbours, community rules and local regulations.
2. No illegal activity is permitted on the premises.
3. Smoking is not permitted inside indoor areas.
4. Guests should keep noise at a reasonable level, particularly during night hours.
5. Pets are allowed only if specifically approved before booking.
6. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded without prior approval.
7. Guests are responsible for damage caused by their party beyond normal wear and tear.

Safety & liability

Guests should use the property, appliances, balconies, stairs and outdoor areas responsibly. Children must be supervised by their accompanying adults. AK Holiday Homes is not responsible for loss of personal belongings caused by guest negligence.
